Crouy, a second blog

Checking Facebook this morning - yesterday as I was bloging about the restoration of a field kitchen by a group in Crouy, a contributor to the Facebook site "Homage Aux Poilus de la Guerre 14-18" posted these photos of war graves in Crouy. This cemetery includes some British and Commonwealth gravestones. My thanks to Isabelle Gerstner for posting the photos.

On a lighter note, Association of Fort Villey Le Sec is restoring the fort and uses four legged lawnmowers - goats (and highland cattle) - to keep the grass and undergrowth down. Here is a picture of their bedroom.
