Sunday afternoon trip to Cityscreen cinema in York and what a disappointment. "45 Years" has received very good reviews, many 5 stars. We found it to be dull and lacklustre, obviously two fantastic performances but the film seemed very long and tedious. Maybe we missed something.
I always enjoy your blog, so in a spirit of one good turn... Be sure to have the stewed oxtail in Cordoba, your Gran would approve of it. And the cold almond soup anywhere.
